How do I join?
Simply go to the Start Here page, enter your name and email address, then check your email for a confirmation link (open that email and click the confirmation link). That's all there is to it!
How much does it cost to become a member?
Membership is completely FREE! There are no initial or monthly fees.
What kind of equipment do I need?
The sheer beauty of the GFC workout is that you need very little equipment. A set of good quality Resistance Bands is really all you need.
What equipment did YOU start out with?
That's a great question. I started out with a small set of (3) high quality resistance bands. I also immediately purchased a high quality Chin-Up bar.
That is all I used for the first 3-1/2 years!
I very recently acquired more equipment, such as more resistance bands (I think I have a total of 11 now), a set of pushup stands, a jump mat, and some yoga blocks.
Again, I would like to re-emphasize, there is no need to acquire *anything* but the Resistance Bands in the beginning. Yes, you *can* use the bands for chin-ups/pull-ups!
Where are the workouts being held?
This is what makes the Global Fitness Club an innovative, one-of-a-kind way to get fit! We hold LIVE trainings that you can "attend" from virtually ANYWHERE on the globe! How? We stream our live workout sessions live via the internet.

How often are the workouts?
Free members can enjoy LIVE workouts 3 days per week, typically in the evening (PST).
Paid members will have access to previously recorded workouts 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
What time of day/night are the workouts?
Free Members - Unless otherwise notified, the workouts are currently scheduled to be held each evening (3 days per week) at 5:30pm PST / 8:30 EST.
Paid Members - Workouts are available 24/7 via your membership login area.
Am I too old for this?
Regarding the recommended *minimum* age, I personally started my son working out to an extreme fitness program at the age of 12. However, it's extremely important that anyone under 16 receive constant adult supervision. Also, we'd recommend that they stick with resistance bands (versus weights).
Regarding the recommneded *maximum* age, folks have participated in extreme fitness regimens well into their 70's. The key is to simply "listen" to your body, and to only push it to *your* personal limits (not someone elses).
I understand that some routines can be considered extreme - Will I have to already be “in shape” before working out with you?
There have been numerous documented success stories of folks who are severely "out of shape" who had began, commited to, and completed "extreme" exercise programs.
That being said, it will be up to you to determine how hard to push yourself. You will want to begin slowly. You will *not* be required to complete every rep of every excercise in order to achieve some level of success.
The key is to keep moving. Some exercise moves can be difficult, especially in the first week or two. Variations/cusomizations of various moves will be demonstrated so that you will still be able to achieve forward progress towards your fitness goals.
What role does nutrition play in all of this?
Good nutrition is an absolutely VITAL component of any fitness program. In fact, the importance of a high nutrition diet is so great, it has been stated as being a whopping 80% of the overal fitness equation! Excersise is only 20%.

Do you recommend taking supplements?
Most certainly, yes. We at the Global Fitness Club will be providing access to various supplements in the near future.
